Booking Policy

All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp. Slots are reserved only upon advance payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be informed at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are applicable. You may reschedule within one month, subject to availability.

HIVY operates a strict no-refund policy. Please confirm your date carefully before booking.

HIVY is a couples-only private venue. All guests must conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service.
